Client Story: Molo Lolo
Cape Town, South Africa
“We discovered Springnest as a partner to our management system, Nightsbridge. Not only did we find it to be a cost effective and practical tool, but also the willingness of the team to engage with us at the start of the relationship, in order to truly understand our business, our needs, objectives and future plans, meant that the process of designing and launching our new sites was efficient and trouble free. We received a lot of advice along the way without feeling that our expectations were not a priority and that the team had our brand’s value and integrity in mind at all time.”
“Usually when dealing with template based service, one feels restricted in the application, but here we felt supported and confident that Springnest would serve us well. We particularly enjoy the freedom to edit and change our pages in real time and as needed. I see a long term relationship with Springnest as our business grows.”

How the Molo Lolo Team Use Springnest
NightsBridge Booking Integration
Both the House and the Lodge use NightsBridge integration to promote direct bookings, but also to keep their availability on OTA channels up to date.
Activity pages to up-sell Cape Town Experiences
The Lolo House brand is all about Cape Town’s authentic flavours. The team use Springnest activity pages to promote everything from wine tasting evenings to traditional dinners.
When relevant, Molo Lolo offers exclusive travel deals. Eg. With the opening of the new lodge falling before 2105’s busy season, Special Offers were used to promote a 20% early bird discount for December.
Multiple Language Sites
The group has an active internship programme, working with students from aborad, with an exchange rhythm of around 6 months per student. This enables Molo Lolo to currently work on fully translated French version for all 3 their website (the lodge, the house, as well as the group “parent” site), with more languages to come.
