There is something I have repeatedly realised over the past couple of months: a thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of web trends, traveler buying behaviour and eTourism is a key foundation to any tourism business’s online marketing success. I am happy to announce that we have decided to make this chapter of your online marketing success story an official part of Springnest’s service offering.


Springnest LEARN. is an e-tourism training programme through which we offer practical, bite-sized online marketing workshops. We have launched with eleven of the most popular training modules we have offered in numerous destinations over the past few years and we’re excited to grow this library based on the demand and requests from the industry and trade.

How it works

Workshops are facilitated for both small and large audiences. The course content is adapted according to the size and skill level of the group – sessions can be split to facilitate novice to experienced marketers. We offer practical sessions for those wanting to implement the knowledge under the guidance of our team – for the sake of efficiency and value, we recommend these for small groups only.
