Meet Lilian, Springnest’s new Customer Success Agent
This month, Lilian (Lily) Padiachy joins the Springnest team, to fill the exciting new role of Customer Success. With a background in both hospitality and digital marketing, Lilian offers guidance and support to clients during all stages of their Springnest journey, and will contribute to the learning materials and new features we release in the months to come.

You’ve done quite a bit of travelling, what has been your favourite place to visit so far, and why?
Without a doubt it’s Japan. I really admire the nature of Japanese people, so meticulous and careful. I also love the fact that everything seems to be in this constant state of evolution there, from pop-culture trends to old meets new cultural landscapes.
What has been your most memorable travel experience/moment?
I would have to say witnessing the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) during my time in Alaska. Breathtaking.
How do you spend your free time?
Varied activities ranging from volunteering as a tutor at my church, developing my photography skills and playing indoor soccer.
